Sing’ore Forest running trail is a popular and challenging hill run on the edge of Iten, Kenya, known as the "Home of Champions". The forest is located near the Sing’ore High School, which has produced an incredible number of female elite runners. It offers a shaded refuge from the sun and is a regular training ground for elite distance runners. The trail is often referred to as the "Sing’ore run”.

Running camps: Several running camps, such as Kenya Camp, include the Sing'ore Forest run in their programs, often with coaches and pacers. If you are not part of a formal camp, you can arrange for a local guide to show you the trails

Note: To allow yourself the maximum amount of time inside the forest, get a car or local motorbike taxi (boda boda) to take you to the start. It’s located 2-3km outside Iten town, along the tarmac roads that passes Iten Referral Hospital.
